Duration: Two (2) Semesters (12 Months)

At least Four (4) O’Level Credits obtained in in two (2) sittings in SSCE, NECO, NABTEB, etc. The relevant subjects must include English Language and Mathematics

A Second Class lower in Bachelor’s degree obtained in Social Science disciplines from a university accredited by the National Universities Commission (NUC) or a foreign university recognized by the Federal Ministry of Education.

A Higher National Diploma (not less than lower credit) and professional qualifications in any discipline in the Management Sciences, Social Sciences, Humanities and allied disciplines.

An experienced diplomat, protocol officer, special government agents and graduates of International Studies, International Relations, Diplomatic Studies and Human Resources will be given considerable attention
