Duration: Two (2) Semesters (12 Months)

Four (4) O’Level Credits obtained in two (2) sittings in SSCE, NECO, NABTEB, etc. The relevant subjects must include English Language and Mathematics

A Second Class lower in Bachelor’s degree obtained in Social Science disciplines from a university accredited by the National Universities Commission (NUC) or a foreign university recognized by the Federal Ministry of Education.

A Higher National Diploma (not less than lower credit) and professional qualifications in any discipline in the Management Sciences, Social Sciences, Humanities and allied disciplines.

A third class graduate in any discipline with many years of experience in the public or private sector will be considered
